Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Fee:

Orders under $125: A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to Canada.

International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on actual rates and will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time:

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier. For Canadian and US orders, we use trusted local couriers for reliable delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:

We accept returns within 15 business days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale: All sale and promotional items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Fee:

A flat fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

How to Return:

Customers in Canada and the US can initiate a return by contacting us at sales@minimoonkids.ca. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders:

Orders placed outside Canada and the US are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items, and we will replace them with the same item if in stock. For other reasons, please return the original item and place a new order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Defective/Damaged Items

Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at sales@minimoonkids.ca with your order receipt and a photo of the damaged item. We will process replacements for defective items reported within one month of the shipping date, if stock is available.
